Reis Packaging Italy is pleased to announce the successful completion of its first acquisition, bringing together the long-standing expertise of the Reis, Del Bon, and Gadda families. As part of this transaction, the Gadda family has transferred 100% of the commercial operations of Vitrum Srl, based in Trento, to Reis Italy Srl.
This acquisition represents a clear signal of confidence in the market, despite the current challenges facing the sector. It also reflects the Group’s intention to progressively build a structured, sustainable, and locally rooted presence across key territories. In particular, the Reis Trento-based organization will support the regional market with tailored packaging solutions for the wine, spirits, and food industries.
Today, Reis Packaging Europe operates through the following structure:
- Group Headquarters in Neustadt an der Weinstraße (Germany), with offices and warehouses located in Neustadt, Fussgönheim, and Offenbach
- Reis Italy Srl, with commercial offices in Milan and a logistics hub in Albairate (Milan area)
- An operational and logistics hub in Trento
The Gadda family, and in particular Marco Gadda, will continue to collaborate on a full-time basis with Reis Packaging Europe, actively supporting the development of the Trentino–Alto Adige market.
