Information on online dispute resolution

In the first quarter of 2016, the EU Commission provided an internet platform for online dispute resolution (so-called “OS platform”). This platform is intended to serve as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes regarding contractual obligations arising from online purchase contracts.
