ZERO, a completely natural process that removes TCA and
other volatile sensory-altering compounds
from our natural corks.
ZERO is a pioneering technology developed by NOVA
University and us to maximize the performance of our
corks without affecting their true nature.
Thanks to an optimized process that combines pressure, temperature,
purified water, and time, ZERO separates
the TCA molecules from the cell structure of the cork.
This process preserves the crucial
properties of this natural product.
